The hideaway of Le Taha’a Island Resort is located on the secluded Motu Tautau islet, with views of both the island of Taha'a and the majestic silhouette of Bora Bora.

All accommodation at Le Taha'a is crafted using traditional Polynesian materials, including woven coconut ropes, bamboo, and thatched pandanus roofs. Le Taha'a Resort is comprised mainly of overwater suites but also offers beach villas and royal beach villas. The overwater bungalows boast glass tables with views of the underwater world, outdoor showers, and private decks with direct access to the lagoon. Beach villas have a separate living area, a plunge pool, and private tropical gardens, with outside bathtubs in which to soak under the starry skies of the Tahitian islands. Royal Beach villas are larger, making them perfect for families or groups of friends.

The main restaurant is La Vanille, set amongst the trees, with calming views over the Taha'a lagoon and surrounding greenery. Once a week there is a Polynesian evening, and La Vanille serves a buffet featuring Tahitian delicacies, while guests are entertained by local singers and dancers. The highlight of the evening is a spectacular fire dance. The Ohiri Restaurant serves French-Polynesian cuisine, while La Plage offers 'al fresco' dining directly on the beach.

There are a variety of ways to discover the island's colourful marine life and pristine lagoon waters, including scuba diving, snorkelling, or sunset cruises. Enjoy the surrounding natural beauty on hiking trails and jeep safari tours, or simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere of Le Taha'a, while indulging in spa treatments using sacred Polynesian oils.
