Madagascar Visa Requirements
British nationals do not need a visa to visit Madagascar for stays of up to 15 days. You can buy visas for longer visits of 30 to 60 days at the airport on arrival using US dollars, Euros or Malagasy Ariary. Alternatively, you can purchase these in advance at the Madagascar Embassy in London.
Passport Validity for Madagascar Travel
Your passport must remain valid for at least six months from your arrival date. It should also have at least two blank pages.
Other Key Entry Information
On arrival in Madagascar, you will be asked to pay a ten-euro administration fee, and you may need to show proof of an onward or return ticket.
It is illegal to take food into Madagascar.
