While the dry season between December and April is generally considered to be the best time to dive in Malapascua, diving conditions can be good all year round. In the rainy season it is typically sunny in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon with the chance of heavy showers for a couple of hours, then clears up for the evening. Sea conditions are also often perfect for diving during the rainy season, as the water is flat calm.
