Day 2: Unplug and Unwind
Spend your first day in St. Vincent and the Grenadines enjoying island life on this idyllic, verdant private island surrounded by azure waters. It's an amazing spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, especially when each hotel room is blissfully un-connected. No Wi-Fi means that you can leave your work troubles behind you and focus on spending quality time with those you love.
The rooms at the resort have a welcome understated luxury and a real sense of privacy, with exceptional views over the Caribbean Sea. The resort itself sprawls across the island, which you can explore on foot as you please. Wander down to the sheltered beach for a dip in the bath-warm waters or laze on the sand, basking in the sun.
For those who fancy a slightly more active day, you can enjoy a game of tennis or take out a hobie cat or kayak if you prefer to be on the water.
If you are looking to really unwind, head to the spa or have the spa come to you, with a treatment on your own veranda, complete with the Caribbean breeze rustling through the trees around you.

Days 3-5: Underwater Delights
This relaxing diving holiday is all about indulgence, so slip into the easy routine of diving, eating, sun-worshipping and snoozing. Each morning, you can enjoy a lazy breakfast before heading to the dive centre to enjoy two tanks of diving on the local reefs.
The dive centre is a Jean-Michel Cousteau centre, expertly run by its enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. Whether you are new to diving or a dab hand, you will be well looked after here. When it comes to diving during your stay, you'll have access to a wide array of local sites, all of which are within easy reach of the resort.
Diving highlights include the drift dive at Mopion Island which is a hotspot for large lobsters and moray eels. In the sand you may see a resting nurse shark, while reef sharks patrol the reef edge. Another highlight has to be Mayreau Island, which is home to the most dive sites in the area and is a marine protected area. The topography here is stunning and different spots around the island offer wall dives, a wreck, and even the chance to dive an underwater volcano! Pelagics are often sighted around here, with visits from eagle rays, sharks and vast schools of fish being prevalent.
There is also a lovely profusion of macro life around the islands, which your eagle-eyed guide will be happy to point out to you. St. Vincent is well-known for critter diving, with the chance to see sea horses, shrimps, flying gurnards and the photographers' favourite; flamingo tongues and fingerprint cyphomas.
Enjoy these days of diving in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and relaxing back on dry land. Come evening time, feast on delicious food, discussing your underwater sightings and planning the next day's adventure.
Day 6: Down Time
Following a week of diving, it's for a day on dry land before heading home.
You have today to explore the beautiful island of Petit St. Vincent, where you can swim right from the shore in the morning sun, take a kayak out and gaze below to spot turtles or book a treatment at the spa to unwind.
If you are looking to explore further afield, we can arrange a day trip to a nearby idyllic island. However you spend your day, be sure to hop over to Mayreau for a rum punch at the Rasta Righteous Bar - you won't regret it!
Additional Activities
- Spa treatment
